Mentoring and knowledge transfer

At Coeo, consulting is more than just delivering against a customer's requirements.

We aim to transfer as much knowledge as we can to the customer during projects to increase the value of our engagements. Quite often that will take the form of delivered workshops built-in into the project or even just working with people in a completely open way to facilitate on the job learning.

We call it Mentoring and it's a part of all our consulting engagements because it's how we prefer to work: "Give away all your knowledge because it pushes you to learn more."
