Getting Started with Remote DBA

Our Remote DBA service setup consists of four steps - we provide and license everything needed to deliver this service:

1. Configuration review - Windows and SQL Server
2. Commission monitoring service
3. Environment baseline and alert threshold calibration
4. Create and test custom monitoring and alerts rules (if required)

Remote DBA setup is quick with very low-overhead and includes support for all versions and editions of Windows. We also include complete support for Failover Clusters and operating system backup and recovery.

We support all SQL Server versions and features such as Replication and Database Mirroring and all components such as Integration Services, Analysis Services and Reporting Services.
