Making the most of your customer data is the key to success in a competitive retail market – the insights it contains enable you to increase customer retention and revenue, and the correct data platform ensures you have the e-commerce performance today’s buyer expects.
This half day event at Asia House will examine the world of data in in retail, taking in real-world examples where our customers have transformed their business and developed a new understanding of the customer.
Coeo’s Head of Digital Transformation will present a keynote speech on the latest technology developments in the retail space and we’ll facilitate two roundtable discussions; the first will cover how deep insight prevents lost revenue, taking in reviews, understanding the ‘perfect customer’ and the ‘worst’ businesses can increase customer retention. The second will cover identification of poorly-performing sites, managing peak fluctuations and keeping a single view of the customer across data stores.
