I work closely with our team to analyse, develop, and lead initiatives around the employee lifecycle, ensuring our people processes and initiatives are set up to allow our team to flourish, and are designed with equity in mind. I am responsible for the strategic direction of both talent development at Coeo and Diversity and Inclusion, or, as we refer to this space internally as equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging, EDIB. I am a qualified coach, psychometric expert, and facilitator who is passionate about learning and equity!
