Justin Langford (He/Him)

Chief Executive

I am Chief Executive and co-founder at Coeo. We help our clients get the best from their data and their investment in the Microsoft cloud platform.  My role involves helping our clients with strategic technology choices and roadmaps. I work with our clients to provide expertise to reduce risk and accelerate project delivery and ensure true business value is realised early and maximised through operational capability. I live in London and enjoy leisure time with my family on long river walks, bike rides and I love traveling and sailing.

James Boother (He/Him)

Sales and Marketing Director

I am the Sales and Marketing Director at Coeo. I have extensive experience within the software industry, and before joining Coeo had 15 years of experience working as a programmer, system architect, head of technology, and consultant. I have worked for many clients in Retail, Re-Insurance, and Professional Services. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling and I'm an armchair Formula 1 fan.

I am the People, Culture and Experience Lead at Coeo. At the heart of all great organisations are the people and I have the pleasure of working in a role pivotal to driving a great employee experience during their careers with us. Mark Hill (He/Him)

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Office, I lead the delivery teams at Coeo. I have over 16 years of experience leading high-performing analytic teams at Edenbrook, Hitachi Consulting, and Hitachi Vantara, most recently as the Vice President of Analytics for Hitachi Vantara in EMEA where I was responsible for the profitability and growth of a multimillion-dollar business.

Senior Product Owner

I empower leaders to leverage technology and digitally transform their organisations! My role at Coeo is to drive innovation and business value throughout the delivery of our services. This is done in multiple ways: from our robust delivery framework (Fortis) through to our analytics accelerator (Velox) and our client Portal.

Ranga Rao Chintala (He/Him)

Regional Director, India

I have over 20 years of experience in IT, comprising of pre-sales, consulting, architecting, and end-to-end implementation of BIDW project experience in a wide variety of industry sectors. I have provided strategic Information Management road maps, proven expertise in Data Governance, and Master Data Management Solutions. I have managed projects and global high-performing teams, worked extensively in pre-sales, including producing responses to RFP and RFI’s for global projects.

Mike Goatly (He/Him)

Software Architect

I'm an experienced software developer and architect in varying market sectors from line of business web applications to computationally intensive financial risk assessment models. I specialise in designing and building reliable software on the Microsoft stack, both on-premises and in Azure. I have been designing and building the IP for Coeo, including Velox, and the Client Portal.

Fiona Lim (She/Her)

Head of Strategic Alliances

I'm Head of  Strategic Alliance, which means I focus on Strategic vendor engagement, programme management, lead generation, sales enablement, campaign management, business planning, and technical strategy. I'm honest, passionate, and positive about driving IT transformation with organisations in all industries. Focused on vendor engagement, go-to-market strategy, programme management and ultimately customer satisfaction and success.

I'm a sales leader at Coeo, my time is spent developing the capability of our New Business sales team. I get energy from building high-performing teams and enjoy supporting the sellers in my team to create solutions that deliver real business impact. Before joining Coeo, I worked for a Managed Service Provider, and for Microsoft.

Sales Manager

I am a highly dedicated and professional Sales Manager who has a strong and proven track record in sales and account management. With a very keen interest in information technology, I am committed to redefining Coeo's Managed Services and growing our Data and Analytics services.  

Matt Hill (He/Him)

Consulting Practice Manager

As the Consulting Practice Manager, I am responsible for the delivery of Data and AI engagements to our clients, managing a team of Architects, Project managers, Data engineers, BI developers, Platform engineers, and Consultants. I specialise in the Microsoft analytics stack, both on-premises and in Azure helping our clients meet their data and AI requirements.

Martin Summerhayes (He/Him)

Managed Services Practice Director

Here at Coeo, I am leading our business-critical, Managed Services practice, developing new capability in analytics and AI. Known as a trusted advisor by the people I work with and the teams I am part of. I love variety, change, and challenging the status quo, and relish the opportunity to learn. I am passionate about exceptional customer service, having worked across the full IT service lifecycle. Experienced at streamlining operational processes, scrutinising business models, and implementing new Managed Services and products.

Alice Pilbeam-Brown (She/Her)

Talent Development and Equity Lead

I work closely with our team to analyse, develop, and lead initiatives around the employee lifecycle, ensuring our people processes and initiatives are set up to allow our team to flourish, and are designed with equity in mind. I am responsible for the strategic direction of both talent development at Coeo and Diversity and Inclusion, or, as we refer to this space internally as equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging, EDIB. I am a qualified coach, psychometric expert, and facilitator who is passionate about learning and equity!
