The assessment reviews processes and looks at the current approach to data acquisition, governance, ethics, and quality. It carries out an evaluation of the current data platform and prioritises the high-value analytics use-cases that map to strategic business goals. This approach helps make a business case internally and get buy in from stakeholders for for the wider data strategy.

The outcome is a documented set of practical next steps to either get started, to optimise or to remediate the data estate. Wherever you are in your data maturity journey, this assessment provides a situation analysis that works out where you need to go next to achieve goals.

It’s a three-part process combining interviews and workshops to:
